Laurence Associates was established in 1993 and offers planning consultancy, architecture and landscape architecture across a variety of sectors, all under one roof. Our service ensures that architectural designs are carefully considered in conjunction with planning expertise, maximising the prospect of a grant of planning permission.

We believe that high quality design results from the continuity of the design process and strong dialogue, with the client, consultants,contractors and end users. In addition we work collaboratively to ensure all our designs will meet approval under the Building Regulations.

Combining the talents of Chartered and Technical Members of the Royal Town Planning Institute with those of Associates of the Chartered Institute of Architectural Technologists and Chartered Members of the Landscape Institute, together with our Sustainable Design Assessor, provides a holistic approach to developments in order to maximise their potential.
