Our association provides classes throughout Cornwall in Krav Maga Self Defence, Freestyle Martial Arts and Kickboxing as well as specialist instruction in other traditional martial arts through seminars. We offer a training programme that is based upon enjoyment that can also be the basis of a sound fitness and character development programme for all ages from 5 years up.

Our programme combines the benefits of the traditional martial arts, integrity, respect, humility, perseverance, and courtesy with the skills needed in today’s modern environment. Basic skills can be improved such as balance and co-ordination whilst improving self-confidence, concentration, self control and determination. The ability to deal with the everyday problems that may arise at school such as bullying and anger management combined with goal setting and achieving these goals. Of course none of this can be achieved without the commitment and support from both the children and the parents.

The classes are ideal for individuals from all walks of life and with a wide variety of individual needs, be it to develop one's confidence or to control anger.

With this in mind our classes can offer the added benefits of a healthier lifestyle and improve general fitness. The improvement in self-confidence, concentration and determination has and always will be a part of these programmes.

Our association charges no joining fee and should you wish to attend one of our classes before making any commitment then you will be more than welcome. Once you have taken the decision to join us you will be required to purchase suitable training equipment. A Kernow Martial Arts uniform is the only “must have“ item to start and you will be eligible to train with us at any of our locations throughout Cornwall.
