Body Control Pilates classes focusing mainly on matwork classes where we regularly make use of small equipment like bands, weights, foam rollers, gym balls and triad balls.
Pilates is based on slow, controlled and flowing movement, performed with thoughtful awareness which is known to; strengthen muscles, ease back problems, improve balance & posture, keep joints supple, help with bone health, improve coordination & functional movement, increase stamina & energy, improve mental focus and general well-being.
The classes are suitable for all ages and abilities and with a maximum of 12 clients, you're given the best opportunity to work to achieve your individual goals.
